Shift: Shift 1

Schedule: 20 hours per week (0.5 FTE), primarily Monday–Wednesday with limited Friday coverage. Mondays are a required workday. Specific daily hours may be adjusted based on department needs and candidate availability. Holidays: no Weekends: no

Job Summary:
The Coordinator the Behavioral Health Department is responsible for daily operations of the Behavioral Health Center reception area, in accordance with department and clinic policy and procedure, assures and maintains safe, efficient, quality patient care. Is responsible for PSR staff and multiple processes and/or systems within the behavioral health department. Proficiently and properly train and assist behavioral health staff with the job duties of the reception area and customer service skills. Responsibilities also include day to day needs of the physicians and providers including such things as, CME requests, time off requests and schedule changes. The coordinator assists the department manager with process improvement and other projects. Other duties as assigned.
