Job Description
Key Responsibilities May Include:
- Professionally manage and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring timely and effective communication while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Facilitate smooth customer onboarding processes, ensuring accurate setup of customer accounts, and delivering system training where needed to support customer success.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure a seamless customer experience, from order processing to issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and service requests in relevant systems, ensuring data integrity and supporting performance tracking and reporting.
- Conduct regular reviews of customer accounts to assess performance, identify improvement opportunities, and provide actionable insights to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by contributing ideas and feedback on optimizing customer service processes, reducing operational inefficiencies, and increasing service levels.
- Play a key role in customer retention efforts by proactively addressing issues, monitoring customer satisfaction metrics, and identifying opportunities for service enhancement.
- Act as a customer advocate within the organization, ensuring that customer needs and concerns are effectively communicated and addressed in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Business Support Analyst, you will act as a trusted partner for customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring efficient issue resolution and outstanding service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and escalations.
Manage customer onboarding activities, including account setup and support.
Conduct customer stock audits and ensure timely completion of audit activities.
Analyze audit results and negotiate successful outcomes with customers.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Customer Service teams to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.
Maintain accurate customer data and service records across relevant systems.
Monitor customer performance and identify opportunities to improve service levels.
Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
Proactively identify customer concerns and implement solutions that drive customer retention and satisfaction.
Act as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring customer needs are understood and addressed.
Organize and prioritize daily activities effectively while maintaining a clear overview of business priorities.
What We're Looking For

Ideal Experience & Skills
Experience in customer service, business support, account management, operations, supply chain, or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.

Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Customer-centric mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Strong communication skills in both written and spoken Dutch and English. Additional languages are a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems.
