Starting Salary: $50,000 - $54,000 annually. This is the starting salary range for this role and may vary based on internal equity, and a candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Over and above the base salary and the benefits highlighted above, this position is also eligible for an incentive bonus of up to 5% of the annual salary.

Support the setup and fulfillment of products and offers sold through the Whistler.com website and call centre.

Collect and maintain accurate product information, pricing, and inventory availability within reservation systems and supplier extranets.

Coordinate seasonal inventory changes to ensure products are available within established timelines.

Work with the Specialist, Web Marketing and Sales to ensure promotional offers are set up, displayed, and functioning correctly on Whistler.com.

Conduct regular website audits to ensure online functionality is performing as expected and products are available for purchase.

Fulfill online bookings and respond accurately and promptly to inquiries received through the sales operation’s mailbox.

Perform quality-control checks to ensure booking accuracy and minimize the risk of errors and lost revenue.

Provide operational support to various departments across Whistler.com, including Group Sales and Travel Consultants.

Participate in the development, testing, communication, and documentation of operational processes and best practices.

Support additional projects as assigned by the Manager, Sales Operations.
- Strong attention to detail, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
- Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and work toward practical solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and the ability to learn reservation, payment, and supplier systems
- Motivated, resourceful, and able to take initiative while working effectively both independently and as part of a team
