Job Description This is a remote position. Copilot Developer – 1–3 Years’ Experience About the Role We’re looking for a forward-thinking Copilot Developer to join our engineering team and help accelerate how we design, build, and ship software. This is a hands-on development role with a strong focus on AI-assisted coding , using tools like GitHub Copilot and Microsoft Copilot to boost productivity, improve code quality, and streamline delivery. If you’re a junior–mid developer who enjoys experimenting with new tech, learning quickly, and helping others get the best out of AI tooling, this is a brilliant opportunity to grow into a specialist role. What You’ll Be Doing Writing clean, maintainable code across modern stacks (depending on team/project). Using GitHub Copilot / Microsoft Copilot daily as part of your development workflow. Building internal prompts, templates, and workflows to boost developer productivity. Supporting the engineering team with AI-assisted code reviews and debugging. Helping to integrate AI tooling into CI/CD pipelines and documentation processes. Identifying opportunities to automate repetitive tasks using Copilot and LLMs. Contributing to feature development, testing, and iterative improvements. Sharing best practice on using Copilot effectively and responsibly. What We’re Looking For 1–3 years’ experience as a Software Developer (any modern language). Comfortable working with Git, IDEs, and modern development workflows. Familiar with (or eager to learn) tools like GitHub Copilot , Microsoft 365 Copilot , or similar AI assistants. Strong problem-solving mindset and a willingness to experiment with new tech. Good understanding of software development principles (OOP, testing, version control). Clear communicator who enjoys collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams. Nice to Have (Not Essential) Experience with Azure, DevOps pipelines, or cloud-based development. Exposure to Typescript, Python, C#, Java, or similar. Any experience building or tuning prompts for LLMs. Interest in AI governance, code quality, or productivity engineering.
