Copilot - Strategy & Governance - Senior Consultant (SC Eligible)

My client is a global leading Digital Consultancy specialising in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformation & NextGen AI Solutions, with multiple office locations providing a flexi working policy (option of remote or hybrid + ad hoc client site travel).

My client is looking for multiple Copilot Strategy & Governance Consultants at Senior Consultant level. As a Senior Consultant in the Modern Workplace team, you will play a senior role in helping clients set the strategic direction for Microsoft Copilot in the workplace and, critically, define the governance and ‘licence to operate’ that lets them scale it safely. You will operate at the intersection of technology strategy, operating model design and AI governance, translating a fast-moving Copilot roadmap into decisions senior leaders can trust. Managing Consultant - £70000 + disc bonus + full benefits + flexi working (remote or hybrid + ad hoc client site travel).

Primary skills and experience required:

• Must be eligible or already possess SC Clearance
• Experience setting the Copilot strategy: Shaping a clear strategic vision for Microsoft Copilot - spanning Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Agent Builder, Copilot Studio and emerging workplace AI capabilities such as Cowork and Scout - aligned to security, data and automation capabilities.
• Experience defining the licence to operate: Designing the governance frameworks, guardrails and ‘licence to operate’ models that give clients the confidence to deploy Copilot at pace, and applying them in practice.
• Experience leading complex engagements: Owning delivery excellence on Copilot strategy and governance workstreams, escalating and de-risking complex situations as the technology evolves.
• Experience growing the practice: Helping develop the Copilot portfolio and client relationships to generate new opportunities and revenue, and coaching colleagues towards high performance and a positive culture.
