Join us to drive transformation tailored to our client's challenges of today and tomorrow. Informed and validated by science and data. Superpowered by creativity and design. All underpinned by technology created with purpose.

Your role

As a Manager in our Workplace AI offer team, you will help lead how we take Microsoft Copilot and wider workplace AI to market, and how we deliver it for clients, predominantly in UK central government. Working as deputy to the offer lead, you will own parts of our go-to-market and thought leadership agenda while leading engagements that join up strategy, governance, change and benefits into one transformation journey. • Holistic Transformation Delivery Lead engagements and workstreams that connect AI strategy, responsible AI and agent governance, adoption and change, and benefits realisation, so that value is measured rather than assumed.
  • Senior Stakeholder Advisory Act as a trusted sparring partner to client directors and middle management, turning complex technical choices into clear business decisions.
  • People Leadership Line-manage and coach a small team of consultants, giving regular feedback, contributing to performance reviews and helping recruit and grow the team.
  • Thought Leadership & Brand Represent Capgemini Invent externally through points of view, events and client success stories.

  • Build and refine propositions, accelerators and sales materials, and lead or contribute to bids and RFP responses, from win themes to solution, staffing and commercials.
  • Develop co-sell relationships with Microsoft partner and field teams and with Capgemini account leaders to create and progress pipeline.
  • Spot transformation opportunities within live engagements and shape credible extensions that add client value.

Client Advisory and Delivery

  • Lead the successful and profitable delivery of projects or workstreams, owning planning, budget, risks, team assignments and quality.
  • Help clients realise value from Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio, Agent Builder and Copilot Cowork, alongside other workplace AI tools such as Anthropic Claude where they fit.
  • Design proportionate governance for workplace AI and agents (security, data protection, responsible AI, decision rights and agent lifecycle) that enables innovation rather than blocking it.
  • Lead persona-driven pilots and user-centric change and adoption campaigns at scale, building trust and confidence in new ways of working.
  • Define benefits frameworks, baselines and measures that track the journey from usage to behaviour change to business impact, and report progress to steering committees and senior sponsors.

Innovation and Capability Development

  • Stay ahead of Microsoft and wider workplace AI releases, test new capabilities hands-on, and turn what works into reusable assets and client-ready insight.
  • Define strategies and roadmaps that help clients achieve their ambitions and unlock business value.
  • Share knowledge across the team and wider practice through training, playbacks and certification sprints.

People and Practice Leadership

  • Line-manage and coach consultants and senior consultants, giving regular feedback and input into performance reviews.
