🔥 THE ROLE

This is a writing role first — about 70% writing, 30% the thinking that makes it land (research, angles, testing, performance analysis).

You'll own the words behind our ads, landing pages, and funnels: understand the audience, find the angle, write the hooks and scripts, watch the numbers, and rewrite based on what the data says.

The goal: stop the scroll, generate qualified leads, lift conversion, cut CPL/CPA, and drive client revenue.

🎯 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• A strong copywriter above all — ads, hooks, headlines, landing pages, emails, and video scripts
• Experience writing for paid ads (Meta, Instagram, YouTube)
• Able to show real performance data — CPL, conversion rates, ROAS, case studies
• Familiar with coaching, consulting, EdTech, or info-products
• Sharp on audience psychology — pains, desires, objections, buying triggers
• Comfortable with UGC scripts, VSLs, short-form video, and nurture sequences
• Uses AI tools well, but knows when human craft matters more
• Fluent written and spoken English
• 1–3 years in performance/digital marketing (strong portfolio can override this)

📊 HOW YOU'LL BE MEASURED

CTR, CPL/CPA, lead quality, landing page conversion, ROAS, writing output, winning hooks identified, and client revenue influenced by your copy.

The performance incentive is tied to the ROI your writing generates — when your copy moves the numbers, you share in the upside.

💻 REQUIREMENTS

Reliable laptop, stable internet, power backup, IST availability, strong English, and a portfolio with real performance data.
