KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Creative Strategy Development: Lead the development of creative content strategies that align with marketing goals and brand objectives, ensuring a consistent brand voice across all platforms. Copywriting Excellence: Write and oversee high-quality, engaging copy for various formats, including digital campaigns, social media, email marketing, and print materials. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior copywriters and creative team members, providing constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative environment. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to develop integrated campaigns and content that meet business objectives. Market Research: Conduct research to understand target audiences, industry trends, and competitor strategies to inform content development and creative direction. Performance Analysis: Analyze the effectiveness of content strategies and campaigns, using insights to refine and enhance future initiatives. Presentation and Pitching: Present creative concepts and strategies to stakeholders, effectively communicating the rationale behind creative decisions. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in copywriting and creative strategy, preferably in an agency or corporate marketing environment. Proven ability to develop and execute successful content strategies that drive engagement and results. Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
