We're looking for a mid to senior level Copywriter who can think big, sweat the details, and move comfortably between brand-building ideas and retailer-ready execution for our clients. Someone who gets excited by the challenge of turning strategy into work people actually notice, remember, and maybe even toss in their cart.
You'll partner closely with art directors, designers, strategists, account teams, and clients to create work across a wide range of brands, categories, and channels. One day you might be concepting a shopper activation. The next, writing digital content, video scripts, in-store signage, or retailer-specific communications that need to be both creative and compliant.
If you love finding the perfect word, defending a great idea, and making the work better than it was yesterday, we'd love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
Develop copy that informs, persuades, entertains, sells, or occasionally does all four at once.
Create campaign concepts, messaging platforms, headlines, activations, and content across retail, digital, social, experiential, video, and emerging channels.
Move seamlessly from high-level creative thinking to detailed execution that meets retailer requirements, brand standards, and legal considerations.
Partner with creative teams to bring ideas to life, making sure every word works as hard as the design.
Collaborate with strategists and account teams to understand business goals, shopper behavior, and what success looks like.
Research brands, products, competitors, cultural trends, and consumer insights to uncover opportunities for stronger creative.
Present ideas with confidence, explain your thinking, and use feedback to make the work even better.
Contribute to brainstorms, pitches, and new business opportunities.
Stay curious about culture, advertising, retail, and the ever-evolving ways people discover and buy brands.
Occasionally travel for client meetings, photoshoots, productions, and other creative adventures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
Education
Bachelor’s degree required; degree in advertising, marketing, communications, business, English, or a related field preferred.
Experience
1 - 4 years of agency experience and a portfolio that shows strong thinking, sharp writing, and creative range.
Nice to have some experience in shopper marketing, CPG or with alcohol beverage brands.
Experience writing across channels, including digital, social, in-store, video, experiential, retail and traditional media.
Skills and Qualifications
Strong writing, editing, proofreading, research, and storytelling skills.
Can concept a campaign in the morning and tackle retailer-specific copy in the afternoon without breaking a sweat.
Know that great copy isn't just clever. It's strategic.
Love finding simple solutions to complicated communication problems.
Appreciate the relationship between words and design and enjoy working closely with visual thinkers.
Comfortable presenting your work and having thoughtful conversations about creativity.
Can manage multiple projects, shifting priorities, and deadlines while keeping details intact.
Bring curiosity, humility, and a collaborative spirit to the team.
Stay hungry to learn, improve, and make the work stronger.
Have a habit of spotting great advertising in the wild and immediately sending it to your coworkers
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
