We are Built to Connect.

At Cheil Worldwide, we create connected experiences that move people with work that’s bold enough to stand out, clear enough to be understood, and enduring enough to be remembered. Born from technology and built from one of the world’s largest tech ecosystems, we move with innovation, not after it.

Today, brands exist in a constant stream of interactions, where every moment is an opportunity to connect…or be ignored. That’s why we design connected experiences across online, offline and emerging touchpoints, blending data, insights, creativity, and technology to build what’s next, not just respond to what’s now.

Our approach integrates experiential with data-driven, creatively led marketing, grounded in cultural relevance and built to grow brands.

Cheil Canada serves as the lead agency for Samsung. And while Samsung remains a key partner, our work extends across a growing portfolio of globally recognized brands. Powered by a team of 60+ creative problem-solvers, we thrive on pushing boundaries and redefining how brands engage with people.

We are looking for people who chase the Never Been Done Before. Curious thinkers. Driven doers. People who want to create Connected experiences that matter.

  • Collaborate with Art Directors and Designers to develop creative concepts, campaign messaging, headlines, and supporting content.
  • Write product-focused, promotional, and conversion-driven copy that communicates key features, benefits, and offers effectively.
  • Interpret creative briefs, brand guidelines, and product information to deliver accurate, engaging, and strategically relevant copy.
  • Develop net-new messaging while adapting existing content for different platforms, audiences, markets, and promotional requirements.
  • Edit, proofread, and quality-check copy to ensure accuracy, consistency, brand compliance, and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Account, Digital to incorporate feedback and refine deliverables.
  • Present and explain creative ideas and copy recommendations during internal reviews and client meetings when required.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work within tight timelines and evolving priorities.
  • Stay current with digital trends, emerging technologies, AI tools, and copywriting best practices.

About the Requirements
  • 3–5 years of professional copywriting experience, preferably within a creative agency or in-house marketing team.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing both conceptual creative work and digital/performance-driven copywriting. Portfolio link required when applying.
  • Demonstrated experience writing for digital campaigns, e-commerce, social media, CRM, and other marketing channels.
  • Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to develop original ideas, headlines, and engaging brand narratives.
  • Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt tone of voice across different brands, platforms, audiences, and campaign objectives.
  • Strong understanding of digital customer journeys, product storytelling, and conversion-focused messaging.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when handling technical product information, promotional offers, and legal disclaimers.
  • Ability to work independently, take creative feedback constructively, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume production environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with premium global brands, particularly in consumer electronics, technology, retail, or telecommunications.
  • Experience writing product descriptions, website/UI copy, and promotional messaging.
