As we continue to grow, we are looking for a: Copywriter & Social Media Specialist City: Banja Luka Responsibilities: Create engaging copy for social media, campaigns, CRM, promotional pages, banners, retail and other marketing materials. Develop campaign communication, including headlines, key messages, CTAs and supporting copy, in line with the creative concept and brief. Write and adapt scripts for TV and radio commercials. Adapt content to different platforms, formats and target audiences. Plan, create and publish content across the company’s social media channels. Monitor social media trends and suggest new content formats and ideas. Manage and continuously improve the company’s social media communication while maintaining a consistent Tone of Voice. Monitor audience reactions and identify relevant topics and opportunities for communication. Edit, proofread and improve existing content. Collaborate with creative and digital teams, designers and influencers. Track content performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in copywriting, content marketing or social media management. Excellent writing, editing and communication skills. Creativity and the ability to turn ideas into clear, engaging and effective copy. Strong understanding of social media platforms, formats and audiences. Ability to adapt copy across channels, from short social posts and headlines to promotional, CRM, TV and radio content. Good understanding of social media analytics and content performance.
