Your role Support the end-to-end delivery of Packet Core solutions by executing deployment, integration, validation, migration, and upgrade activities. Working closely with architects, project managers, customers, and support teams, you will ensure Packet Core network elements are delivered, tested, and integrated according to project requirements while maintaining high quality and operational reliability throughout the delivery lifecycle. Your tasks Deploy, integrate, and configure Packet Core network elements. Prepare and validate implementation procedures, templates, and technical documentation. Execute system, functional, and acceptance tests. Troubleshoot technical issues and support incident resolution. Perform software upgrades, migration, and feature activation activities. Collaborate with project, customer, and support teams throughout the delivery lifecycle. Contribute to knowledge sharing, process improvements, and technical documentation. Your profile Experience with Packet Core deployment, integration, or operations in telecom environments. Strong knowledge of 4G/5G Core Networks and Packet Core technologies, including GGSN, SGSN, PGW, SGW, MME, AMF, SMF, and UPF. Understanding of telecom protocols, network architectures, and 3GPP standards. Experience with software installation, configuration, testing, migration, and upgrade activities. Hands-on troubleshooting and incident management experience. Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and telecom delivery processes. Experience working with technical documentation, MOPs, ATPs, integration procedures, and software lifecycle management. Knowledge of ticketing and support processes, including collaboration with engineering and support teams. Nice to have Experience with cloud-native Packet Core solutions, Jira/Salesforce tools, network automation, and telecom migration projects.
