Job Description
This is a remote position.
** Stealth new company in the financial business with huge investment from large investor in Montreal, Canada.

The following skims the surface of the opportunity at hand.
You will:
• Architect core product infrastructure including (automated) trading systems.
• Design secure and highly reliable services.
• Write infrastructural services that provide secure storage, accounting and transactional services to help transfer assets safely.
• Be involved in developing cutting-edge trading strategies in many global markets, including equities and cryptocurrencies.
• Learn proprietary methodologies and trading systems.
• Build and maintain proprietary trading strategies.
• Enhance existing trades; identify and pursue new opportunities.
Requirements
Requirements
- Fluent in spoken English. No other Portuguese speakers in the team.
- 3-5+ years of professional experience building product infrastructure in any server-side technology and/or framework (e.g., Python, Java, Go)
- Works well with autonomy and can drive strong culture at early stage startups.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and can collaborate effectively on a breadth of technical topics.
- Experience with designing service oriented architecture and reusable infrastructure.
- Experience with modern data storage and retrieval systems.
- Experience with software build and deployment systems.
Even better if you:
- Have knowledge of Solidity and the EVM.
- Are familiar with crypto-economic protocol design including governance and incentive structures.
- Prior experience with building infrastructure for financial or security systems.
- Passionate and/or curious about the future of cryptocurrencies.
- Knowledge of distributed systems design.
- Experience with one of the major cloud providers, AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.
