- Translate field feedback into documented needs; work with Business Analysts and technical specialists to assess product fit and feasibility.
- Coordinate pilots, onboarding, and adoption with Delivery; ensure sales commitments and success measures are clear before handoff.
- Maintain CRM records and forecasts; track qualified pipeline, conversions, event results, and client adoption against agreed goals.
- Recommend program improvements and escalate recurring client issues; coordinate with PMs on delivery and Technical Leads on technical execution.
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience with utilities, utility contractors, vegetation management, or comparable field operations.
- A record of building a program, territory, product line, or team and taking responsibility for its results.
- Ability to sell and present to field supervisors, operations leaders, and executives.
- Strong organization and follow-through across client opportunities, events, and program activities.
Preferred qualifications
Utility-industry conference experience; familiarity with field-service or workforce-management software; relevant industry relationships; experience with a CRM such as HubSpot.
Success in this role
Qualified opportunities advance, clients adopt CORE successfully, forecasts are credible, and the program scales through a practical playbook and clear handoffs.
