Job Description This is a remote position. The Opportunity At Pentoz, we’re not just building apps — we’re building an ecosystem of cross-industry innovation. As a Core Xamarin Developer, you will be at the center of developing mobile applications with native performance and maximum code reusability across Android and iOS, using Xamarin.Forms, Xamarin.Android, and Xamarin.iOS. This is a foundational role for engineers who want to own the mobile product layer and drive consistent, scalable mobile experiences for diverse business verticals. You Will Be Responsible For End-to-End Mobile Development: Designing, building, and maintaining cross-platform apps using Xamarin with C# and .NET Architecture Ownership: Driving clean architecture (MVVM, MVU) using Xamarin.Forms or custom native UI Code Reusability: Writing shared logic for iOS and Android while enabling platform-specific functionality when needed Cloud & API Integration: Connecting apps to REST APIs, Azure Services, Firebase, or third-party SDKs Testing & Optimization: Ensuring mobile apps are tested (XUnit/NUnit), performant, and memory-efficient across devices Team Collaboration: Working with UI/UX, backend, DevOps, and QA to ship high-quality releases on time This Role Is For You If You have 3–7 years of professional mobile development experience with Xamarin You’ve shipped production apps using Xamarin.Forms, Xamarin.Android, and/or Xamarin.iOS You are strong in C#, .NET Standard, and async programming You’re comfortable with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and version control systems like Git You think in terms of scalable UI, clean architecture, and automation Bonus Points If You Have Experience migrating Xamarin apps to .NET MAUI Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, App Center, or Xamarin Test Cloud Knowledge of SQLite, SignalR, or Push Notification Services Experience building enterprise-level apps (finance, healthcare, or retail sectors) Contributions to open-source Xamarin libraries or personal GitHub projects What We Offer A remote-first, result-driven mobile engineering culture Ownership of app lifecycle from idea to App Store Clear path to becoming Mobile Tech Lead or Xamarin Architect Competitive pay + performance-linked incentives A chance to build meaningful tech that reaches thousands across verticals About Pentoz Pentoz is an Indian innovation company redefining the future of work, tech, and services.
