This role will monitor, summarize, and analyze all accounting-related transactions of company-owned and company-operated (COCO) retail stations. What will YOU do? Daily review and checking of IMMT report Prepare and and reconcile Sales Volume, Final Sales Ledger, Freight Income and Freight Out Expense Prepare Inventory Analysis and Inventory Costing for the month Prepare ending-balance for the month Handle inputs of inventory movements and cost in the system Prepare and submit various government compliance and management reports and requirements Provide schedules of inventory accounts and other related accounts for financial audit Manage Item, Depot, and Warehouse enrollment in UMDT Reconcile AR accounts and prepare AR-related reports What will YOU need? Open to fresh graduates Must have effective communication skills Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course Must be willing to extend working hours or work on weekends as needed Knowledgeable in Google Sheets; Must have good time management and problem solving skills Locations 19th Floor Taipan Office Remote status Hybrid About SEAOIL Philippines, Inc.
