Corporate Actions Team Lead

Join a leading global asset manager as a Corporate Actions Team Lead, overseeing a team responsible for the end-to-end processing of corporate action events across multiple asset classes and markets.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team of Corporate Actions professionals
• Oversee mandatory and voluntary corporate action events, elections, entitlements, and reconciliations
• Act as the escalation point for complex events and operational issues
• Drive process improvements, automation, and operational excellence
• Partner with Portfolio Management, Trading, Compliance, Risk, Technology, and external providers

What we're looking for:

• Strong Corporate Actions experience across the full event lifecycle
• Previous team leadership experience within Financial Services, Asset Management, or Investment Operations
• Knowledge of SWIFT messaging, custodian platforms, and operational controls
• Proven stakeholder management and process improvement skills
• Aladdin experience is an advantage
