Purpose of the Job Strengthen your expertise in offshore corporate administration while managing a diverse portfolio of companies across multiple jurisdictions. In this role, you'll work closely with clients, offshore offices and internal stakeholders to coordinate company incorporations, maintain corporate records and support a broad range of administrative and governance activities. You'll have the opportunity to build lasting client relationships, develop your knowledge of offshore structures and contribute to the efficient operation of a dynamic portfolio. This role offers exposure to international business environments, client management and corporate services, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop their career within a professional and globally connected organisation. Main Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of offshore companies, ensuring corporate administration activities are delivered accurately, efficiently and in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. Coordinate company incorporations and support ongoing entity management activities, working closely with offshore offices and service providers. Conduct client due diligence reviews and maintain accurate corporate records, statutory registers and documentation across internal systems. Act as a key contact for clients, responding to enquiries, coordinating requests and providing high-quality corporate administration support. Support billing, invoicing and fee collection activities, helping to maintain strong portfolio performance and effective debt management. Collaborate with offshore offices on statutory filings, annual renewals, government fees and other jurisdictional requirements. Contribute to the development of junior team members through guidance, coaching and knowledge sharing. Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues while supporting a culture of teamwork, collaboration and service excellence. #LI-EM1 #LI-Hybrid Knowledge, Skills and Experience 2-4 years of relevant post-qualification experience within corporate services, company administration or a related professional services environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua would be advantageous. Good understanding of corporate administration processes, with the ability to work independently and manage client matters with confidence. Strong organisational, analytical and relationship-management skills, with a proactive approach to delivering high-quality client service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with ViewPoint, NavOne, Chinese Word or similar administration systems would be beneficial.
