Our Corporate and M&A Team
We advise global and domestic market leaders, small to medium sized enterprises and entrepreneurs from a range of industries, financing institutions, funds and other international investors on their corporate and commercial activities, risk mitigation and compliance.
Our Corporate and M&A team has unparalleled experience in structuring and executing ground-breaking deals across various industries. At the same time, a significant part of our practice is taken up by the provision of ongoing legal services to clients in relation to the legal issues arising in the course of their day-to-day business activities, corporate governance and compliance requirements, commercial contracts and regulatory compliance, with many of which we have a long-lasting relationship.
The Opportunity
This is your chance to join one of Greece's most active and experienced Corporate & M&A teams, at a stage of your career where your foundations are solid and the right environment will shape your trajectory. You will work across a broad range of transactions and corporate advisory mandates — contributing from day one to deals that are shaping the Greek business landscape — alongside lawyers with unparalleled sector experience and a track record of landmark work.
What You Will Be Doing
• Working on a range of M&A transactions — including mergers and acquisitions, demergers, corporate restructurings, and joint ventures — with responsibility calibrated to your experience
• Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts — including share purchase and shareholders' agreements, business transfer agreements, distribution agreements, and other business-related agreements required in the context of clients' day-to-day activities
• Drafting and reviewing transaction documentation across the full lifecycle of deals
• Advising on regulatory compliance matters relevant to corporate transactions and client activities
• Conducting due diligence processes and preparing legal opinions and memoranda
• Contributing to the management of concurrent mandates with growing autonomy
• Providing day-to-day legal support to a broad range of legal entities across various industries
• Collaborating closely with senior lawyers and partners across the full lifecycle of transactions and advisory mandates

• 4 to 7 years of relevant working experience in corporate and commercial law, ideally with exposure to M&A transactions
• Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) with a strong academic record
• Admitted to the Athens Bar Association or a regional Bar Association in Greece
• Fluency in both Greek and English – written and spoken
A strong plus:
• LLM degree obtained in an English-speaking country, ideally in Corporate, Commercial, or M&A Law
• Prior exposure to cross-border transactions or international clients
Required Skills
• Legal drafting and analytical ability — a consistent track record of precise, high-quality work across complex documentation

• Written and spoken communication — fluent and confident in both Greek and English, with clients, counterparties, and colleagues
• Interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Working efficiently under time pressure
• Multi-tasking and workload management
