In this dynamic environment, we are looking for ambitious and self-driven Managers to join our high-performing Deals & Strategy Transaction Services team. You will work directly with international and Greek Private Equity Funds, Portfolio companies and Corporate clients, lead the integrated diligence process on high-profile cross border and domestic investments  and gain exposure to a variety of industries - all while developing your technical and leadership skills and driving real business transformation. Transaction Services: 


We are one of the leading providers of M&A execution and transaction support services in Greece. Our Deals & Strategy Transaction Services team works alongside senior client teams and C-suite executives throughout the transaction lifecycle. We help our clients identify deal opportunities, assessing their investment theses by providing data-driven insights associated with strategic acquisitions and supporting them build compelling data-backed narratives on when preparing for divestment. Our services include buy-side and sell-side Financial and Business Due Diligence services, advising clients in their negotiations on the financial aspects of share purchase agreements, reviewing completion accounts to safeguard value and conducting special purpose assignments (e.g. deal analytics and data- driven insights, vendor assistance and exit readiness assessments).   


At Deals & Strategy Transaction Services you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile M&A transactions, increase your visibility to senior members of our clients’ management teams and build lasting relationships as their trusted advisor. You will also become part of a high achieving, collaborative team which focuses on knowledge sharing, thought leadership and the continuous development of its people through internal and external training and upskilling courses. 


As part of our team, you will: 


  • Project-manage Financial Due Diligence engagements, focusing on key financial risks, value drives and potential upsides;
  • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients and target companies, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the engagement;
  • Analyse how businesses operate across different sectors and assess how transaction-related matters are reflected in financial performance, position and valuation;
  • Work with a diverse client base, including Greek and multinational corporates, domestic and international private equity funds, banks and financial investors;
  • Lead meetings with clients, target companies and senior management teams to present and discuss key findings and conclusions;
  • Leverage our integrated Due Diligence offering to collaborate with cross-competence teams, drive innovation and increase your brand eminence across Deals & Strategy, Tax, Legal and Advisory;
  • Participate in cross-border projects and training programmes, expanding your international professional network;
  • Interact with C-suite executives and further develop your communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills;
  • Coach and mentor less experienced colleagues, supporting their technical and professional development through constructive feedback;
  • Contribute to proposals, presentations, pitch materials, thought leadership and other business development initiatives.

What you bring matters   


  • 5 (five) to 7 (seven) years of relevant professional experience, ideally including buy-side or sell-side Financial Due Diligence, Vendor Assistance, Business Restructuring services, SPA advice and performing Post Closing Purchase Price reviews. Candidates with relevant experience in audit / assurance services, FP&A, management reporting or accounting positions will also be considered. Experience in reviewing and preparing budgets, business plans and financial models will be highly regarded.
  • Excellent academic records from a Greek or international university (Bachelor’s and / or Master’s degree) with a background in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Mathematics, Engineering, Management Science & Technology, Business Administration or relevant discipline;
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen with solid understanding of applicable accounting and reporting standards (e.g. IFRS, Greek GAAP), technical accounting skills (e.g. consolidations, mapping TBs to financial statements, accounts closing procedures, key business cycles), financial reporting, budgeting and business plan review processes;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and in Greek, combined with a client-centric mindset offering advice and support from deal initiation through to completion;
  • Take ownership of engagement planning, quality, budgets and timelines, ensuring that deliverables meet the firm’s professional and risk-management standards;
  • Commercial focus and genuine interest in understanding deal transactions and their unique value drivers;
  • A collaborative, innovative and self-motivated mindset, with a commitment to continuous learning and an interest in using data, digital tools and AI to enhance the quality and efficiency of our work;
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a resourceful approach to reimagine the possible, combined with a confident “can do” attitude;
  • Commitment to providing excellent quality work and building client relationships;
  • Other Elements That Would Be Highly Regarded Include 
  • A relevant professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CFA) in progress or completed;
  • Knowledge of advanced data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Power Pivot, Power Query, Power BI, Alteryx) or other programming languages.
