  • Serve as a trusted communications partner to executive leadership, confidently advising on messaging and approach while coordinating with Marketing, Public Relations, IT, and functional teams.
  • Deliver and maintain CORE (Clinic Owner Readiness Essentials) communications training for new franchise owners, including guidance on communication channels, tools, standards, and public relations practices.
  • Leverage AI and emerging tools to streamline workflows and support content development while maintaining accuracy, sound judgment, and a thoughtful human touch.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of corporate or internal communications experience, including ownership of communications programs, channels, or strategy.
  • Franchise, multi-unit, or public company experience preferred.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for executive leadership, corporate teams, and franchise owners.
  • Strong strategic and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to assess business priorities, gather information, and determine the best approach to communicating a message.
  • Experience developing executive communications, advising senior leaders, and managing communications for cross-functional projects and organizational change.
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience using engagement data and readership metrics to evaluate effectiveness and drive improvements.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage high volumes of requests and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, including the ability to work directly with executive leaders and stakeholders to gather information and move communications forward.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, including experience delivering training to groups.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with tools such as Asana, SharePoint, and email distribution platforms.
