About Acast
Since 2014, Acast has been building the world’s most valuable podcast marketplace, creating the technology that connects podcast creators, advertisers, and listeners. Its marketplace spans more than 140,000 podcasts, 3,300 advertisers, and one billion quarterly listens. Crucially, those listens are monetized wherever they happen—across any podcast app or listening platform.

About the role
Acast is growing, and to shape our next chapter, we are looking for a key player to join our corporate development team. In this role, you will drive execution across M&A and investor relations, leading financial analysis for key deals, crafting high-impact investor communications, and helping integrate new businesses post-acquisition. You will report into our Global Director of Investor Relations & Corporate Development.

What you'll do

  • Support creation of our M&A playbook and frameworks

  • Lead target identification and initial screening

  • Plan and execute post-acquisition integrations

Investor relations:

  • Support the quarterly reporting process and annual report

  • Support preparation of capital market day materials

  • Build and maintain our investor presentation

Corporate development processes:

  • Support the annual business plan process

  • Produce analysis that guides decision-making and support the evaluation of growth opportunities

Who you are

  • Professional experience from Investment banking, corporate development at a growth company or PE firm, management consulting, or a related field.

  • Strong financial modeling skills and exposure to M&A processes (diligence, deal structuring, and integration).

  • Demonstrated experience navigating international team structures and global stakeholder landscapes.

  • Fluent in both Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

  • Analytical, collaborative, and proactive, with the ability to distill complex information and guide senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

Location
This role is based at our Stockholm office. We operate on a hybrid working model with an expectation of being in the office three days a week.
