A specialist in identity, secure transactions, and digital services, IN Groupe is the global leader in secure identity and trust services. Every day, our 4,000 employees across 40 countries work to ensure that everyone has access to a reliable and secure identity, both in the physical and digital worlds. With our solutions and our international network of 10 R&D centers, we support governments and businesses in more than 130 countries.

Joining IN Groupe means helping to shape the future of the identity and secure transaction market. Become part of our international teams — driven by innovation and proud to design solutions that make life easier and protect personal data for millions of people around the world.

We are looking for an experienced operations professional to strengthen the performance and long-term development of our Personalization Center.

This is a broad role combining operational leadership, production development, supply chain, inventory management and continuous improvement. You will connect customer requirements with operational delivery, ensuring that processes, systems and teams work effectively together.

About the role

You will take an end-to-end view of the Personalization Center, from product and customer onboarding through production readiness, material availability and delivery. Your responsibility will be to improve operational reliability, efficiency and scalability while maintaining quality and continuity.

Working closely with the Head of Production and colleagues across Product, Development, IT, Supply Chain, Quality and Sales, you will establish clear priorities and drive improvements across functional boundaries.

The role requires both a broader business perspective and close involvement in daily operations. You should be comfortable assessing the operational implications of a new customer requirement, analysing inventory data and working directly with production colleagues to understand and resolve process challenges.

What you will do

  • Ensure new products and customer solutions are prepared for production with operational feasibility, capacity, quality and cost in mind.

  • Drive continuous improvement of production processes and workflows, applying Lean principles to reduce complexity and improve efficiency.

  • Address recurring operational issues through structured root-cause analysis and sustainable corrective actions.

  • Lead automation and process improvement initiatives in collaboration with technical teams.

  • Strengthen inventory planning, stock accuracy, material availability and inventory lifecycle management, working closely with Finance and Supply Chain.

  • Develop supplier relationships and support contract management together with Group Purchasing.

  • Strengthen knowledge sharing, reduce dependencies on individual expertise and support operational resilience and business continuity.

What you bring

  • A degree in engineering, industrial engineering, production management, supply chain or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

  • Substantial experience in operations, production engineering or manufacturing, with responsibility for process and performance improvement.

  • A proven ability to deliver improvement initiatives from analysis through implementation, with measurable results.

  • Experience using operational data and KPIs to support planning and decision-making.

  • The ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, establish accountability and secure cooperation across teams.

  • A structured and pragmatic approach, with the judgement to balance immediate delivery requirements with longer-term development.

  • Strong communication skills, fluency in Swedish and good English.

Experience that would be an advantage

  • Lean methodologies, continuous improvement and production automation.

  • ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics and business intelligence tools.

  • Inventory control, supplier management and warehouse operations.

  • Card production, personalization, electronics or other technology-based manufacturing.

  • Quality management, operational risk management and business continuity.

Why join us?

This role offers the opportunity to influence both the operational performance and future development of our Personalization Center. You will work closely with experienced operational and technical colleagues, with a broad remit to strengthen processes, improve delivery and prepare the operation for new customer requirements and growth.

We welcome applications from experienced professionals who combine operational understanding, technical curiosity and the ability to implement lasting improvements.
