Are you passionate about event coordination and creating great experiences?
Join Allianz Technology Spain as an Event Management Intern and support the planning and execution of internal events and meetings sessions within the Spain Hub.
This internship offers hands-on exposure to event organization in an international corporate environment, working closely with senior stakeholders and contributing to high-quality, well-executed internal initiatives.
What you do
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of internal events and meetings sessions.
- Handle operational event tasks such as room reservations, participant registration, catering coordination, and logistics follow-up.
- Prepare, attendance lists, materials, and event-related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors (venues, catering providers, suppliers).
- Support calendar management and scheduling of events and related activities.
- Ensure smooth execution before, during, and after events, paying attention to detail and participant experience.
- Assist with post-event follow-up, feedback collection, and documentation.
What you bring
- Strong interest in event management, coordination, and organization.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Tourism, Event Management, Public Relations, Hospitality or a related field.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Hands-on mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with different stakeholders.
- Ability to work calmly and effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and service-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Availability for a 6-month full-time or part time internship based in Barcelona.
