Having successfully completed more than 250 M&A transactions in the past 14 years across its 11 offices, Sancovia offer personalised and hands-on support to investors and entrepreneurs.

At Sancovia, we pride ourselves on being buy & build specialists - a unique niche that sets us apart. As a trusted and full scope M&A consultancy firm, we empower investors and entrepreneurs to strategically expand their portfolios by acquiring and integrating complementary businesses.

Your role and responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage M&A project teams and processes in a highly client-facing role

  • Drive marketing and origination activities in collaboration with senior leadership

  • Oversee comprehensive research, including financial, strategic, and competitive analyses

  • Prepare and supervise the drafting of high-quality presentations, company profiles, market and sector reports, information memorandums, and other transaction documentation

  • Coordinate the preparation of historical and projected financial data and oversee detailed financial modelling

  • Provide strategic advice on the financial implications of mergers and acquisitions, based on thorough valuation analysis

  • Mentor and develop junior analysts and associates, providing training and guidance as required.

What we are looking for:

  • A proactive leader with strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and extensive market research expertise

  • Excellent Polish & English language proficiency (written & spoken)

  • Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, adaptability, and project management skills

  • Strong academic background, with a completed university degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields with financial acumen

  • More than 3 years of relevant professional experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Consulting, or Private Equity, ideally with significant exposure to the entire transaction process

  • Deep understanding of finance and accounting principles

  • Expert proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to oversee complex analyses and presentations.

What we offer:

  • Warsaw based role

  • A competitive salary, with a collaborative working environment, direct interaction with partners, in a motivated and international team

  • Career development plan with the opportunity for rapid growth and a large amount of responsibility

  • High deal flow and a full pipeline of assignments to work on immediately

  • Hybrid workplace, flexible working hours and 30 days annual leave plus special leave

Being part of Sancovia means being part of a dynamic, collaborative and dedicated team with a great appreciation for the work you do. We provide a strong degree of personal responsibility, freedom and encourage the presentation of your own ideas and concepts.

We attach great importance to a positive social work environment and pride ourselves on the promotion and support of your professional development.
