Corporate Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Manager to join their Advisory team.

Reporting to the Corporate Finance Director, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality corporate finance and transaction advisory services to a portfolio of mid-market and SME clients. You will manage transactions from initial planning through to completion, build trusted relationships with businessowners and management teams, and support the continued growth of our Corporate Finance service offering.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage corporate finance engagements from planning through to completion.
• Lead client relationships, liaising with business owners, management teams, banks, legal advisers and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and review financial models, valuations, transaction reports and client deliverables.
• Mentor and support junior team members, providing technical guidance and feedback.
• Support business development through proposals, pitches and client presentations.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the Corporate Finance team and service offering.
• Financial due diligence and business reviews
• Financial modelling, valuations and forecasting
• M&A advisory and transaction support
• Business plans and strategic planning
• Fundraising, debt negotiation and refinancing
• Corporate restructuring and turnaround assignments
• Maintain technical expertise, professional standards and ongoing CPD requirements.

What You’ll Need

• ACA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years’ experience in corporate finance, transaction services, audit, advisory or investment banking.
• Proven experience managing transactions from start to finish.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills.
• Excellent understanding of financial statements and commercial drivers.
• Strong client communication, report-writing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

• Flexible working hours, with a four-and-a-half-day week (08:30– 17:30 Monday – Thursday, 09:00 – 12:30 Friday)
