In this role, you will : Conduct pre- and post security interviews with employees and contractors; Lead the full security check process, from planning to execution; Validate and cross-reference OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) findings; Collaborate with internal teams to assess potential risks and escalate when needed; Maintain ethical, respectful, and professional communication—this is not a law enforcement or aggressive interrogation role; Сommit internal investigations, identify internal risks and performing tests for unusual events, testing suppliers and partners to prevent risks. Skills you’ll need to bring : Proven experience in corporate security, internal investigations, or structured interviews/due diligence; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Ability to assess behavioral cues and inconsistencies in a non-confrontational setting; Familiarity with polygraph procedures is a plus. Nice to have: Background in security consulting, HR investigations, or compliance audits; Experience working in fast-paced tech or international environments.
