Corporate M&A Solicitor

Our client, a Top law firm in Dublin 2 are looking for an experienced, Corporate M&A Solicitor to join their Projects & Energy team. The team work at the cutting edge to offer their international client base technologically proficient solutions and insightful advice. Salary: €75-85k

Benefits: Pension, Bonus, Healthcare, Hybrid Working (4 days in the office)

Total Package: Worth up to €110k

The Role:

• Work on buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions
• Drafting and settling board minutes, letters of resignation, stock transfer forms and other completion ancillaries as part of share acquisitions and disposals;
• Corporate due diligence as part of asset and share acquisitions;
• Drafting and negotiating non-disclosure agreements and other similar commercial agreements;
• Preparing and filing CRO forms as part of share acquisitions and disposals;
• Providing support to the partners drafting and negotiating the core transaction documents – SPAs, SHAs, Disclosure Letters, etc.

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-3 years relevant PQE within a large or medium corporate law firm.
