About the Role

Love turning event briefs into standout venue solutions? In this role, you’ll own the full venue sourcing journey from shaping the brief and scouting the right spaces to negotiating great value and supporting delivery before and after the event. You’ll build strong client and supplier relationships, lead with service excellence, and help create memorable meetings and events across all MICE categories. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys balancing client partnership, commercial thinking, and sharp attention to detail.

You’re Good At

• Delivering end-to-end venue sourcing, from understanding client needs to presenting tailored proposals and securing the best-fit option
• Building trusted client relationships and taking ownership of service delivery with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Negotiating rates, contract terms, and value-add inclusions with confidence and attention to detail
• Managing deadlines, priorities, and financial follow-up while keeping quality and accuracy high
• Working with high-end, luxury properties on behalf of the client
• Supporting and mentoring teammates while helping maintain a collaborative, high-performing team environment
  
  

You Might Also Have

• Experience working with venue booking systems
• Strong knowledge of venues, destinations, and supplier networks
• Confidence working with databases, reporting tools, and MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience supporting client review meetings or account plans
• Familiarity with data privacy, information security, and GDPR-related processes
  
  

You Should Know

• This role is virtual and operates on Eastern Standard business hours
• Applicants should reside within a commutable distance to NYC for as-needed visits to the clients' offices
• Travel outside of the immediate NYC is required (up to 30% annually)

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:25% to 50%

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Corporate Meetings and Events Sourcing & Service Delivery Manager is between $80,000 - $110,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
