The Mobility Immigration Specialist (CL11) is responsible for managing end-to-end visa stamping and outbound immigration processes for employees traveling from the Philippines to destinations across EMEA and the rest of the world. The role ensures compliance with immigration laws and company policies, delivers a seamless traveler experience, and drives accurate, efficient, and timely visa processing through effective coordination with internal stakeholders, immigration vendors, embassies, and government authorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a holistic, efficient, and seamless immigration experience for all outbound travelers throughout the visa application lifecycle.
- Manage end-to-end visa stamping cases, from initiation through closure, ensuring timely processing and compliance with immigration requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for immigration-related inquiries, guidance, and escalations.
- Conduct visa eligibility assessments and determine appropriate visa pathways based on travel purpose, destination, and applicable immigration regulations.
- Manage visa application processing, including both in-house case handling and coordination with external immigration vendors, where applicable.
- Provide clear and comprehensive guidance to employees regarding documentation requirements, application procedures, and submission timelines.
- Review employee documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with immigration and embassy requirements, facilitating successful visa stamping outcomes.
- Initiate and manage required immigration actions, including application filings, endorsements, appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and case escalations.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, compliance requirements, and country-specific immigration regulations, including EMEA and other countries immigration requirements, to mitigate immigration and travel-related risks.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including HR, project teams, business leadership, and Onshore Mobility teams, to facilitate smooth and timely case progression.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date case records in the People Mobility Gateway (PMG) and other applicable systems.
- Proactively manage case-specific issues, delays, and escalations, driving timely resolution and minimizing business impact.
- Provide expert immigration consultation and advisory support to employees and stakeholders to reduce compliance risks and prevent processing delays.
- Create, maintain, and continuously enhance embassy and immigration guides for EMEA countries and other jurisdictions supported by the EMEA Team, ensuring that guidance remains accurate, current, and aligned with the latest visa, immigration, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor changes in immigration laws, embassy procedures, and visa requirements, proactively communicating relevant updates to stakeholders and incorporating them into operational processes and guidance materials
Must Have:
• At least 3 years experience as an individual contributor in global mobility, handling Outbound PH visa and immigration cases.
• Workload management experience
• MS Office (Presentation experience: PPT; Basic Knowledge in Ms Excel - Data Management)
