The RealReal is growing its team and seeking an experienced Talent Partner to drive hiring across the organization. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent Partners, you will be instrumental in sourcing, interviewing, and recommending top-tier talent. As a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to the business, you'll also identify opportunities to build robust talent pipelines and cultivate strong internal partnerships. Leveraging effective interviewing techniques, you will accurately assess candidates and ensure a seamless recruitment process. What You Get To Do Everyday

• Drive the full-cycle recruitment process across key business units, taking ownership from initial job kick-off and proactive sourcing through offer negotiations and onboarding.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of business priorities, organizational structures, and required competencies to build proactive, high-caliber talent pipelines.
• Consult directly with hiring managers and People Operations on job design, competitive compensation benchmarking, and customized sourcing channels.
• Deliver an exceptional, transparent candidate experience at every touchpoint, serving as an authentic ambassador for The RealReal’s brand and values.
• Deploy structured interview frameworks and recruiting tech to conduct efficient, unbiased candidate screenings and pipeline assessments.
• Lead hiring debriefs and complex offer negotiations, guiding managers on candidate selection, closing strategies, and market expectations.
• Monitor and consistently exceed core Talent Acquisition metrics, identifying process improvements to enhance recruiting velocity and quality of hire.
• Build high-trust, collaborative relationships across internal teams and external talent networks.

What You Bring To The Role

Minimum Requirements:

• 7+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in a Corporate/G&A setting.
• Proven ability to partner with and effectively influence hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Results-driven and self-motivated professional with a proven ability to meet and surpass TA performance metrics.
• Strong experience in managing complex offers and negotiations with candidates, with a focus on providing an exceptional candidate experience.
• Demonstrated commitment to fostering diverse, equitable, and inclusive hiring practices.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to travel as needed, up to 10%.

Preferred Requirements:

• Marketing/Creative/Brand experience preferred
• Proficiency with Workday and Phenom.

The expected salary range for this role is $100,000-$115,000. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. Additionally, salary is just one component of TRR’s total rewards package. Depending on role, employees may also be eligible for a bonus program, incentive pay and benefits.
