About the Position:

Responsible for collaborating with Momentum Life Sciences stakeholders to attract, select, and hire quality full-time and contract talent for both the corporate, field, and virtual organizations. The role includes active recruiting as well as building and maintaining relationships with highly qualified prospective candidates that can be leveraged as new opportunities emerge and business needs evolve. Drives full cycle recruitment, including identifying talent profiles, interview guides and processes, posting positions, sourcing and networking, screening candidates, interviewing, and initiating the contracting or hiring of the most qualified individuals.

  • Passion for Momentum & the Candidates You Engage - You have a focus on candidate experience; you will ensure candidates feel heard and respected throughout the entire Momentum interviewing/hiring process. All while communicating and conveying the passion you have for Momentum and the work our nurses do and the patients we support.

Essential Functions:

  • Identify creative sourcing techniques to yield the most qualified candidate pool
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to develop the candidate profile and communicate the recruitment process while providing ongoing updates and communication
  • Manage recruitment process for Momentum corporate employees and clinical educator networks; write and strategically place advertisements, review and screen applications, schedule and conduct interviews; coordinate evaluation meetings and initiate the offer or contracting process
  • Manage applicant tracking system (Greenhouse), track applicants throughout the recruiting process; compile internal tracking documents associated with recruitment activities
  • Identify market trends that may adversely or positively impact recruitment strategy; provide industry and other market insights to cross functional business partners
  • Apply principles of behavioral interviewing to access the qualifications of candidates
  • Investigate referrals, references, Predictive Index profiles, and social media sources to formulate a well-rounded view of applicants
  • Network, build and maintain relationships with your own network, Momentum clinical educators, associations and other potential sources for candidates to build a virtual bench of nurses; research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
  • Support additional HR projects as available

Required Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of sourcing and recruiting experience in pharma, biotech, and/or clinician recruitment

Required Skills:

  • Expert level capabilities with candidate sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS (Greenhouse preferred), etc.
  • Current use/experience with robust talent management suite
  • Proven success in high volume, quick turnaround recruiting
  • Proven project management and analytical thinking capabilities
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Team and solution oriented; strong customer service mentality
  • Highly adaptable, flexible, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Detail oriented, strong organizational and reporting capabilities
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office

Travel:

Minimal travel required

Working Conditions:

Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time. The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in English. Ability to communicate effectively (hear, listen, speak) with or without reasonable accommodations.
