As Corporate Safety, Health, and Wellness Specialist, you will operate as the primary operational lead for occupational safety, employee health, and wellness implementation for corporate office management. In this role, you will execute facility safety systems, health programs, and regulatory compliance, acting as the key partner to the Facility and Services Management and SHE Governance to adapt and maintain national standards at the site level, and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with Safety and Facility and Services Management team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Occupational Safety & Governance:
-
Facilitate and implement OSH policies, aligning facility-specific practices with AP TBG SHE National governance frameworks and local DOLE/DENR regulations.

Enforce corporate office safety protocols, 5S methodology, and coordinate regular emergency drills (fire, earthquake).

Serve as the permanent Technical Secretary of the Corporate Occupational Safety and Health Committee.

Conduct thorough hazard audits using the HAIRADC application and hold autonomous authority to issue Work Stoppage Orders (WSO) when conditions pose imminent danger.

Health & Wellbeing:
-
Support the design and implementation of holistic wellness programs, including Annual Physical Examinations (APE), biometric health screenings, and fitness-for-duty evaluations.

Proactively monitor workplace indoor environmental factors (air quality, ergonomics, illumination, noise) to minimize occupational disease risks.

Partner with HR on mental health programs, resilience workshops, and work-life balance initiatives.

Environmental Compliance:
-
Act as the designated Pollution Control Officer (PCO), signing a notarized Affidavit of Joint Undertaking with the Facility Services Manager.

Process government permits (FSIC) and prepare/submit legally binding environmental reports to DENR-EMB, including quarterly Self-Monitoring Reports (SMR) and semi-annual Compliance Monitoring Reports (CMR).

Maintain compliance with Philippine "Big Five" environmental laws (PD 1586, RA 8749, RA 9275, RA 6969, and RA 9003) regarding waste segregation, hazardous waste storage, and legal disposal.

Travel Management:

Execute Road Transport Safety Management (RTSM) compliance audits and monitor driver/vendor readiness.

Perform site safety inspections and compliance audits for prospective travel and event service providers.

Is a Collaborative Partner: Works seamlessly with cross-functional stakeholders including Facility Management, HR, SHE Governance, CHRO, and regulatory bodies (DOLE/DENR/EMB/FSIC).

Is Environmental & Compliance-Focused: Highly detail-oriented regarding regulatory submissions, permits, and strict adherence to national environmental laws.

Is Employee-Centric: Passionate about fostering a proactive culture of health, safety, and holistic employee well-being.
What You Will Need:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Occupational Health, Psychology, or related Allied Health/Public Health disciplines.

Experience: At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in occupational health program management or corporate wellness initiatives.

Professional License & Certifications:
-
Professional license in Allied Health (e.g., Registered Nurse / RN).

Appointed as SO3 or SO4 in your last company.

Preferred: Accredited Safety Practitioner/Consultant from DOLE.

Technical / Functional Skills:
- Industrial Hygiene & Ergonomics: Expert-level knowledge of industrial hygiene principles, workplace ergonomics, and monitoring environmental factors (air quality, lighting, noise).

Occupational Health Management: Above-average proficiency in corporate employee wellness initiatives and occupational health program administration.

Safety Audit Applications: Hands-on experience with the HAIRADC application for hazard identification and risk assessment.

Facility SHE Awareness: Fundamental awareness of SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) aspects within corporate facility management.

Regulatory Compliance: Deep understanding of Philippine environmental laws ("Big Five"), DOLE OSH standards, and DENR-EMB reporting frameworks (SMR & CMR).
