What is your Day to Day Mission: Development, implementation and continuous improvement of physical security concepts Further development of our current access control system and visitor management process. Manage access control, intrusion detection and video surveillance platforms Coordinate and oversee complex infrastructure security projects Coordinate and supervise external security service providers Handle and organize security-relevant documents and reporting workflows Support the implementation of corporate security processes and guidelines Support the Head of Security by taking responsibility for daily operational business What you bring to the team: You have completed a degree in the field of Security Management, Risk Management, or a related discipline (e.g. Meister für Schutz und Sicherheit or bachelor’s in security engineering or security management, Risk Management or Business Continuity Management) You already have at least 1–2 years of practical experience in corporate security or risk management You are privately interested in security technologies, emergency management, or organizational resilience Due to your open, communicative, friendly, and competent attitude, it is easy for you to be considered an internal expert Integrity, reliability and discretion are part of your personality A background from federal security organization is a plus (police, armed forces, and other security agencies) Why Quantum-Systems: We believe in the power of combined efforts: straightforward tech expertise paired with a customer-centric focus.
