Company Formation & PRO Executive

📍 Location: Remote | Candidate must be based in Dubai or Sharjah

💰 Salary: AED 5,000 – 6,500

🕒 Experience: 2–4 years

We are looking for a Company Formation & PRO Executive to manage UAE business setup, licensing, renewals, visas, and government-related corporate services for clients.

🔑 Requirements:

• 2–4 years’ UAE experience in company formation, business setup, corporate services, or PRO work.
• Strong knowledge of Mainland and Free Zone incorporation, licensing, visa, and government processes.
• Experience preparing commercial proposals, quotations, and cost breakdowns for clients.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple applications, and meet deadlines.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on the most suitable and cost-effective Mainland or Free Zone setup based on their business activity, ownership, visa, and operational requirements.
• Handle company incorporations, trade license renewals, amendments, and related corporate documentation.
• Manage Establishment Cards, residence visas, Emirates ID applications, immigration and other PRO-related requirements.
• Liaise with Free Zone authorities, UAE government departments, notaries, attestation providers, and other external stakeholders.
• Coordinate document attestation, notarization, legalization, and translation requirements where needed.
• Prepare clear commercial proposals and quotations, including setup options, government fees, professional fees, visa costs, and expected annual renewal costs.
• Track license, visa, and corporate-document renewals and follow up on pending applications, documents, and payments.
• Keep clients and the PREA team updated on progress, timelines, requirements, and costs.
• Maintain accurate records of client files, applications, approvals, invoices, and government receipts.

🚗 Travel Requirement: Candidates should be comfortable travelling to DMCC and other UAE authorities when required. Transportation expenses will be reimbursed.
