Corporate Solicitor (2+ PQE)

Themis Recruit is seeking a skilled Corporate Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join our clients dynamic Corporate Team. As a successful applicant, you will work closely with their Head of Corporate and assist on a wide range of corporate transactional matters. You will have direct client contact, manage your own caseload, and contribute to business development within the team and the wider firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with various corporate transactions, including business and share acquisitions and disposals, management buy-outs, corporate refinancing, and group reorganisations.
  

• Advise investee companies and handle share buybacks.
  

• Take responsibility for your own corporate workload while collaborating with the team.
  

• Participate in business development activities within the Corporate Team and across the firm.
  

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional client care.
  

Requirements

• Experience handling corporate transactions such as business and share acquisitions, disposals, and management buy-outs.
  
  
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  
  
• Strong organisational skills and experience managing a large caseload.
  
  
• Excellent client care skills and a focus on delivering high-quality service.
