We work on the company’s most important strategic questions: from long term business planning and board-level decisions to product strategy and new growth programs. We partner closely with senior leaders across Product, Technology, Commercial, Finance, and Operations to turn those decisions into results.
This role provides significant exposure to senior leaders, functional heads and VPS. The role offers an early-career professional a rare opportunity to develop broad business, strategy, and leadership skills in a high-growth, Private Equity-backed technology company.
WHY JOIN US
This role is designed for someone who is self-driven, takes ownership of their work, and wants to learn the industry quickly. Here is what you can expect:
Work on real strategic priorities, not side projects. You will own workstreams and produce outputs that directly inform the most important executive decisions for Aven.
Exposure to senior leadership. You will regularly interact with functional heads across the business, building relationships and visibility that accelerate career growth.
A fully remote, high-autonomy environment. We trust people to manage their own time and deliver results. If you thrive with ownership and minimal hand-holding, you will fit in.
Broad scope, fast learning curve. Strategy, product, commercial, and operations - you will develop fluency across multiple domains in a compressed timeframe.
PE-backed growth context. The company is executing an ambitious long-range plan targeting significant revenue and EBITDA growth. You will be part of that exciting journey.
