Corporate/M&A/Transactional Partner

Description Solomon Ward is seeking an experienced Corporate/M&A/Transactional Partner to join our thriving corporate practice. You will handle sophisticated matters for a diverse client base, including M&A, financings, commercial contract negotiations, and general corporate matters. The Opportunity: You will work closely with clients and fellow partners on: Financings, restructurings and recapitalizations. Mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions. General corporate counseling, entity formations, and governance. Influencer, entertainment, and celebrity representation matters. What We're Looking For: Minimum 8 years of private law firm experience in financings, M&A, and general transactional matters. A portable book of business is a plus, but not necessarily required. Active California bar admission. Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, with sound business judgment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a client-service mindset.
