About the role
Support the Lead/Senior Procurement & Cost Manager in managing supply chain activities, cost tracking, and contract administration for large-scale Data Centre projects. Assist with RFP processes, bid evaluations, and change management while ensuring compliance with client standards.
Location
Remote or Hybrid with travel to European client sites as required. Locations include Dublin, Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Portugal and the Nordics.
Key Responsibilities
RFP & Bid Support
- Assist in preparing and issuing Requests for Proposal (RFP) to suppliers.
- Collect and organize bid responses for review and evaluation.
Contract Administration
- Maintain contract templates and ensure accurate documentation.
- Track change orders and update records for AE/EoR compliance.
- Support review of standard forms of construction contract (e.g., NEC, FIDIC, JCT) where required.
Cost Management
- Support cost reporting and budget tracking activities.
- Prepare spreadsheets and dashboards for financial analysis.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Schedule meetings and maintain communication between client teams, suppliers, and AE/EoR firms.
- Ensure timely submission of technical and financial documents.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
- 2–3 years in procurement coordination, cost control, or project support.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement systems (SAP/Oracle).
- Familiarity with construction or data centre projects is a plus.
Applicants must have the legal right to live and work in the European Union and be able to provide evidence of their work authorization if requested.
Preferred Certifications
- CIPS Level 3–4 (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply).
- Basic project management certification (Prince2 Foundation or PMP preferred).
- Exposure to the MRICS pathway is an advantage.
