About the role
Support the Lead / Senior Design Co-Ordinator in managing multi-disciplinary design coordination, clash detection, and documentation control for data centre projects, ensuring design packages progress smoothly to project completion and sign off.
Location
Remote or Hybrid with travel to European client sites as required. Locations include Dublin, Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Portugal and the Nordics.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with running federated BIM model reviews and logging clashes for resolution.
- Track RFIs, submittals, and design change bulletins; maintain up-to-date issue logs.
- Support scheduling and minuting of design coordination meetings between client, consultants, and AE/EoR firms.
- Maintain document control and ensure design packages are filed to the correct revision.
- Prepare coordination status reports and dashboards for the Design Co-Ordinator.
- Support coordination with utility providers and tracking of handover documentation (as-built drawings, O&M manuals) at practical completion.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 2–4 years experience in design coordination, BIM coordination, or related construction support role.
- Working knowledge of Revit/Navisworks; strong organisational and communication skills; familiarity with data centre MEP systems is a plus.
- Awareness of QA/QC processes and site health & safety requirements is a plus.
- Applicants must have the legal right to live and work in the European Union and be able to provide evidence of their work authorization if requested.
Preferred Certifications
- Autodesk Revit certification.
- Prince2 Foundation (optional but advantageous).
