We are recruiting a Specialist Costing Winter Sport Operations H/F. Within the Manufacturing Finance & Controlling team at Amer Sports Group, you will be responsible for managing the costing process for Alpine footwear and bindings product lines, covering the Group’s iconic winter sports brands: Salomon, Atomic, and Armada. 📢 You have experience in Management Control within an industrial environment and in standard cost calculation, 🦾 You are dynamic, detail-oriented, and have a strong affinity for numbers and systems, 👉 This opportunity could be the right fit for you! Key Responsibilities: Conduct specific studies and analyses related to the standard costs of our products to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our financial margins. Coordinate the budgeting process related to standard cost calculations : Participate in defining key assumptions. Consolidate data provided by operational teams. Ensure cost consistency across management systems and tools. Analyze standard cost variations by brand. Develop and maintain costing dashboards to monitor key performance indicators, identify variances, and support decision-making. Participate in monthly closing activities: Support the closing of accounts related to manufacturing operations. Analyze production variances and provide explanations for deviations. Contribute to budget and forecast preparation : Provide product standard costs for budgeting purposes. Estimate volume and product mix variances during forecasting activities. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Nous recherchons un(e) Specialist Costing Winter Sport Operations H/F. Au sein de l’équipe Finance et Contrôle de gestion Manufacturing du groupe Amer Sports, vous serez en charge de piloter le processus de costing pour les lignes de produits chaussures alpines et fixations, couvrant les marques emblématiques de sports d’hiver du groupe : Salomon, Atomic et Armada. 📢 Vous avez de l'expérience en Contrôle de Gestion dans le secteur industriel et le calcul de coûts standards, 🦾 Vous êtes dynamique, rigoureux(se) et avez une appétence pour les chiffres et les systèmes, 👉 Les missions de ce poste pourraient vous intéresser ! Missions principales : Réaliser des études et analyses spécifiques liées aux coûts standards de nos produits, afin de garantir la fiabilité de nos marges financières. Coordonner le processus budgétaire relatif au calcul des coûts standards : Vous participerez à la définition des hypothèses, Vous consoliderez les données issues des équipes opérationnelles, Vous assurerez la cohérence des coûts dans les outils de gestion, Vous assurerez les analyses d’évolution de coûts standards par marque. Construire et alimenter les tableaux de bord costing , dans le but de suivre les indicateurs clés, d’identifier les écarts et de faciliter la prise de décision. Participer aux clôtures mensuelles : Vous participerez à la clôture des comptes liés à l’activité industrielle, Vous participerez à l’analyse des écarts de production (variances) pour en expliquer les causes. Contribuer à l’élaboration du budget et des prévisions (forecasts) : En fournissant les coûts standards des produits pour le budget, En estimant les écarts liés aux volumes et au mix produit lors des prévisions. Education: Master's degree (BAC+5) in Business Administration or equivalent, with a specialization in Finance or Management Control. Experience: A first experience of at least 3 years in Management Control within an industrial environment is required (including internships and apprenticeships). Experience in a multicultural environment would be considered an asset. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel, is required. Proficiency in PDM (Product Data Management) software and SAP is required. Personal Qualities: Strong affinity for numbers and information systems, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across functions. Une expérience dans un contexte multiculturel serait un atout. Compétences techniques : Maîtrise du pack office (Excel avancé) exigé. Maitrise logiciel PDM (Product Data Management) et de SAP exigé Qualités personnelles : Appétence pour les chiffres et les systèmes d’information, rigueur, bonne capacité de communication et collaboration en transverse.
