As a Telehealth Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing mental health services to clients remotely. Responsibilities:

1. Conduct virtual assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and formulate treatment plans.
2. Provide individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring a confidential and secure environment.
3. Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique needs of each client.
4. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive support for clients.
5. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and progress notes.
6. Stay current on industry best practices, therapeutic modalities, and telehealth regulations.
7. Participate in regular supervision and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and professional development.
8. Foster a supportive and empathetic therapeutic relationship with clients to facilitate positive outcomes.

Qualifications:

1. Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
2. Current and valid licensure as a mental health professional (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMSW, Psychologist, etc.).
3. Experience in providing telehealth services and familiarity with virtual therapy platforms.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation and virtual interactions.
6. Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality in accordance with professional guidelines.
7. Ability to work independently, demonstrate flexibility, and adapt to evolving telehealth practices.
