Countive Internship Program, All Disciplines

Countive runs a structured internship program for Philippine university students across all disciplines, including engineering, marketing, business, psychology and more. We match interns to real project work based on their skills and course background, and fully remote (WFH) placements are available.

How to apply

1. Submit your application here, including your resume and a short cover letter. Please use the application form rather than emailing us separately.
2. We review your profile and course fit within a few business days.
3. Shortlisted applicants complete a short self-recorded video interview.
4. We confirm acceptance, required practicum hours and start date directly with you and your university coordinator.

Who should apply

• Currently enrolled university students who need to complete practicum hours
• Any discipline. We assess fit against current project needs, such as automation, marketing, business operations, data and admin.
• Comfortable working remotely and communicating in English

University partnership

Please check whether your university already has a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Countive. If not, we're happy to arrange one with your university so you can complete your practicum with us.
