📍 Location: Vietnam (Remote)
💰 Salary: $4,000 - $6,000 USD / month + Benefits

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute Vietnam sales & expansion strategies.
Build and manage channel partners, distributors, system integrators, contractors & developers.
Work closely with the SEA regional team to drive revenue growth.
📋 Key Requirements:
Language/Identity: Ethnic Chinese based in Vietnam; fluent in Mandarin and English.
Experience: 8+ years in B2B Sales / Business Development (with 3+ years in leadership).
Industry Background: Smart Intercom, Access Control, CCTV, Smart Home, or ELV systems.
Strong network with partners & developers in Vietnam.

- 大客户维护： 与房地产开发商、大型企业客户及核心合作伙伴建立并保持长期战略合作关系。
- 跨国协作： 与东南亚区域团队紧密配合，负责销售规划、市场预测、定价策略及品牌推广。
📋 任职要求 (Requirements)
- 身份与语言： 在越华人 / 中国籍人才，精通 中文、越语及英语，沟通表达与商务谈判能力出色。
- 工作经验： 8 年以上 B2B 销售/业务拓展经验，其中包含至少 3 年以上销售团队管理或 Country Manager 经验。
- 行业背景： 熟悉智能对讲、门禁、安防/CCTV、智慧家居、楼宇自动化或弱电 (ELV) 系统行业。
- 资源网络： 在越南拥有丰富的渠道伙伴、系统集成商或地产开发商资源。
- 综合素质： 具备较强的自主驱动力与创业心态，能够适应远程/独立办公环境，熟悉跨境贸易流程者优先。
