Ideal Experience & Qualifications Proven leadership experience with significant business accountability. Demonstrated ownership of business performance, including financial and commercial outcomes. Strong experience leading growth strategies and transformation initiatives. Success operating within complex, matrixed, multinational organizations. Track record of building and developing high-performing leadership teams. Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships across diverse business environments. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline. MBA or postgraduate business qualification preferred.
