Country Manager Poland and Baltics

Job Description:

The Country Manager is responsible for leading the commercial strategy and execution across assigned country/countries, ensuring sustainable revenue growth, market share expansion, and customer satisfaction through effective leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence. This includes managing sales teams and ensuring alignment with corporate goals and priorities. The role requires a strong focus on market development, customer engagement, and operational excellence to expand the presence of Ormco’s orthodontic solutions.

· Develop and execute the country-level business strategy aligned with regional and global objectives.

· Lead, coach, and develop (Sr.) Territory Managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

· Manage budgeting and forecasting for the country (countries).

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), customers.

· Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective implementation of marketing campaigns, product launches, and training programs.

· Drive sales performance through data-driven decision-making and CRM tools.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.

· Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.

· Ensure compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Commercial leadership experience within the medical devices, life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and forecasts.
• Deep understanding of sales strategy, market development, and customer engagement.
• Experience working with direct sales models and distributors.
• Fluent in English and local language(s) of the country/countries managed.
• Excellent computer skills (in Excel and CRM).
• Experience to operate in an international environment.
