Information about the position As Country People Partner, you will provide dedicated People support for assigned country or multi-country operations within the VGo Carrier and Fulfilment business units, with a strong focus on the Netherlands. You will act as the main People point of contact for local and remote leaders, ensuring smooth day-to-day People operations, strong employee relations support, and compliance with local employment laws. You will be part of the People team and report to the Country People Lead, Vinted Go Operations. In this role, you will work closely with Operations, Shared Services, Legal, Talent Acquisition, and the Carrier & Fulfilment People Lead to support both operational and strategic People processes. This is a dynamic role combining operational HR, employee relations, legal compliance, and strategic partnering in a fast-paced, international environment. The position is based in Breda. In this position, you’ll Serve as the main People point of contact for leaders across assigned countries and operational units, with a focus on the Netherlands. Provide guidance on employee relations topics, including performance management, disciplinary cases, grievances, misconduct, reorganizations, redundancies, exits, and burnout prevention. Independently manage routine employee relations cases and escalate complex or high-risk matters where needed. Ensure accurate and compliant documentation of all People activities and employee relations cases. Work closely with the Shared Service Center on onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, and Workday updates. Ensure internal policies and People processes comply with local employment laws. Support organizational changes, restructuring, and redundancy procedures. Use people analytics and engagement data to identify insights, support leadership discussions, and define focus areas for managers. Partner on key People cycles, including performance reviews, talent reviews, calibrations, and compensation evaluations. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategies and workforce planning. Facilitate local People initiatives, workshops, leadership sessions, and operational projects. Act as the primary contact for temporary workforce matters, working with internal stakeholders, Legal, and external providers. About you Have experience in HR, People Partnering, or a similar role, ideally within an operational environment such as logistics, carrier, fulfilment, or warehouse operations. Have strong knowledge of Dutch employment law, labor regulations, and HR practices. Have hands-on experience managing employee relations cases independently. Are confident advising managers on sensitive People topics such as performance, conduct, grievances, restructuring, and exits. Have experience with HR systems such as Workday and engagement tools such as Peakon. Understand annual People processes such as performance reviews, talent reviews, calibrations, and compensation evaluations. Communicate clearly and confidently, with the ability to explain legal or policy topics in a simple and practical way. Are adaptable, discreet, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. Build trusted relationships with business leaders and collaborate effectively across teams and cultures. Have excellent written and spoken English and Dutch.
