Course Facilitator - Leadership Development

Job Description This is a remote position. Responsibilities We are looking for experienced course facilitators to provide live online through weekly zoom classes. The Course Facilitator in Leadership Development is responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering leadership development programs and workshops for individuals and organizations i n the following subjects; How to create a safe, motivated, cohesive working environment Wellness and team building Training and capacity building Project management Contract duration: 4-8 weeks Contract start date: Please state the 4- 8week block/s you are available to deliver the course/s you are applying to facilitate for (within the timeframe of 18th October - 18th December 2023) Level of effort: Up to 3 hours a week Total level of effort: up to 8 weeks The consultant will report weekly. Kindly share your profile detailing your experience in the subject matter Requirements Knowledge and Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Organizational Development, Leadership Studies, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Proven experience in leadership development, facilitation, or coaching. Strong knowledge of leadership theories, models, and practical applications. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
