It's about understanding challenges and delivering measurable growth. We're looking for a Senior Digital PR & Media Outreach Expert to own how we earn coverage and high-authority links. You're the strategist and the operator behind every campaign, turning a client's data and expertise into stories journalists actually want to run, the kind that earn real coverage. You've done this before and you have the placements to prove it. Own it end to end: advise us and build the systems, run the campaigns hands-on, or both. Your mission Own our earned media engine. Spot the opportunities worth pitching and land genuine, high-authority placements. Whether you're building the playbooks our team runs or running the campaigns yourself, you set the bar for how we earn links the right way. What you'll do  Earn editorial coverage and links across the full toolkit: journalist request platforms (HARO, Qwoted, Featured, Source of Sources), reactive PR and newsjacking, and proactive data storytelling. Run the core link-earning tactics where useful: statistic-replacement / skyscraper, link reclamation, resource-page, and broken-link outreach. Turn client statistics pages and data into newsworthy angles, then pitch the finding, not the page. Set up and get the most out of the right tools (Pitchbox, Ahrefs, media databases, monitoring stacks). Where the engagement is advisory: help us build the SOPs, swipe files, and systems our in-house team will run, and transfer your know-how. Own the results and log every pitch, response, and placement. KPIs: Live, relevant, dofollow placements · Referring domains and coverage quality (DR and relevance) · Pitch-to-response and placement rate · Turnaround on time-sensitive requests Who you are You have a real track record of earned editorial placements, with live links from the last 6 months to show for it. You have, or can quickly build, genuine journalist and editor relationships. You're up to date with how HARO and Digital PR have changed over the last 12 months and you've adapted your approach. You write persuasive, human pitches and lead with the finding, never "here's our page." You're fluent in the modern outreach stack (Pitchbox, Ahrefs, media request platforms, media databases, monitoring tools). You think in placements and referring domains, not "emails sent." Excellent, near-native English. Not for you if You guarantee link counts ("I'll get you 15 links a month"). Real earned PR can't be guaranteed. You rely on PBNs, "my private network," or pay-per-placement sites that sell posts. Your portfolio is high-DR but zero-traffic domains, or press-release syndication and niche edits dressed up as editorial coverage. You treat every pitch the same. Why Space'M Online?
