CRA II

Are you an experienced CRA ready to play a key role in advancing innovative clinical trials while building strong relationships with investigative sites across the Czech Republic?

R&D Partners is seeking a skilled and motivated Clinical Research Associate II (CRA II) to join our team. This role focuses on supporting clinical trials within the commercial operations and clinical space, offering an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

This is a fully remote role based anywhere in Czech Republic.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct monitoring visits to ensure compliance with study protocols, ICH-GCP guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong site relationships to ensure smooth trial execution.
• Perform source data verification and ensure data integrity.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues, escalating as necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support trial objectives.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Proven experience at CRA II level or equivalent monitoring experience.
• Strong clinical monitoring expertise within the pharmaceutical, CRO, or clinical research industry.
• Fluency in Czech and a high level of English proficiency.
• Comprehensive knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical trial processes.
• Ability to work independently and manage site relationships effectively.

Salary:

• €30 000.00 - €35 000.00/Annum
